CODIFICACIÓN DE INSUMOS Y DISPOSITIVOS MÉDICOS. El artículo 91 de la Ley 1438 de 2011, quedará así: " Artículo 91. Codificación de insumos y dispositivos médicos. El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social expedirá en un plazo máximo de seis (6) meses, la norma que permita la codificación de los insumas y dispositivos médicos a los cuales el INVIMA haya otorgado registro sanitario y los que en el futuro autorice, y cuyo uso y destino sea el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (SGSSS)".
