LIBRETA MILITAR. El Ministerio de Defensa Nacional por intermedio del Ejercito Nacional, en un período máximo de dos (2) años a partir de la fecha de vigencia del presente decreto, iniciará un servicio en línea que facilite al ciudadano consultar en cualquier momento el estado de su situación militar, así como realizar la inscripción, cancelar el valor de la cuota de compensación militar y la expedición de un certificado que acredite que ya definió su situación militar.
