CAMPO DE APLICACIÓN DE LA LEY SOBRE REGISTRO Y ABANDERAMIENTO DE NAVES Y ARTEFACTOS NAVALES. El artículo 2 de la Ley 730 de 2001, quedará así: " Artículo 2. La presente ley será aplicable a las personas naturales o jurídicas que en su calidad de propietarios y/o armadores, registren naves y artefactos navales bajo la bandera colombiana. Las disposiciones de la presente ley no son aplicables a los buques de guerra."
