NOTIFICACIONES MEDIANTE AVISO. Modifíquese el inciso tercero del artículo 562 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: "Cuando no sea posible establecer la dirección del responsable por ninguno de los medios señalados anteriormente, los actos administrativos se deberán notificar mediante aviso en el portal web de la DIAN, que deberá incluir mecanismos de búsqueda por número identificación personal."
