ARTICULO 43. NOTIFICACIONES. La Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios y los prestadores de los servicios públicos domiciliarios, notificarán la decisión sobre los recursos interpuestos por los usuarios en desarrollo del contrato de condiciones uniformes, mediante comunicaciones que se enviarán por correo certificado o por correo electrónico en los términos del Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo. De ello quedará constancia en el respectivo expediente.
