ARTICULO 8. PROHIBICIÓN DE EXIGIR ACTUACION JUDICIAL PREVIA PARA LA DECISIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA: Se prohíbe exigir como requisito previo para obtener una decisión administrativa la interposición de una acción judicial y la presentación de la copia de la providencia que ordene el reconocimiento o adjudicación de un derecho.
