Decreto 2732 de 1985 · Por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 15 de la ley 55 de 1985 y se dictan otras disposiciones en materia cinematográfica.

El incumplimiento de las obligaciones consagradas en el presente Decreto, por parte de los distribuidores o exhibidores, será sancionado por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, así

Multa hasta por quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000) moneda corriente:

Suspensión temporal de las exhibiciones en la sala cinematográfica hasta por sesenta (60) días;

Suspensión temporal del registro en el Ministerio al distribuidor o exhibidor hasta por seis (6) meses;

Suspensión definitiva de las exhibiciones en la sala cinematográfica; y,

Suspensión definitiva del registro a la empresa distribuidora o exhibidora.
