Las autorizaciones de sobreprecio concedidas por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones a las producciones y coproducciones cinematográficas con anterioridad a la vigencia del presente Decreto. equivaldrán al reconocimiento del beneficio del gravamen establecido por el artículo 15 de la Ley 55 de 1985 y por el presente Decreto.
