Las resoluciones que reconozcan el derecho al gravamen a cortometraje nacionales, de que trata el artículo 15 de la Ley 55 de 1985, deberán expedirse en el orden de radicación de las solicitudes ante el Ministerio de Comunicaciones y dentro del mes siguiente a la terminación del período de sesiones de la Junta de Calidad Cinematográfica.
