Decreto 2732 de 1985 · Por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 15 de la ley 55 de 1985 y se dictan otras disposiciones en materia cinematográfica.

Para percibir el porcentaje a que se refiere el artículo 3º del presente Decreto, los distribuidores de cortometraje nacional deberán acreditar ante la Compañía de Fomento Cinematográfico, FOCINE, el cumplimiento de los siguientes requisitos

Estar registrados como tales ante el Ministerio de Comunicaciones;

Presentar copia autenticada del contrato de distribución; y,

Presentar copia autenticada de la resolución de reconocimiento del respectivo cortometraje expedida por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
