Para percibir el gravamen de que trata la Ley 55 de 1985, los productores o coproductores de películas colombianas de largometraje, deberán solicitar al Ministerio de Comunicaciones el reconocimiento como tales, previo el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos por los artículos 4º y 5º de Decreto 320 de 1983.
