El derecho a percibir los porcentajes del gravamen a que se refiere el artículo 3º de este Decreto, será reconocidio por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones a las producciones de cortometraje para una vigencia de un (1) año contado a partir de la fecha de su primera exhibición.
