º La Compañía de Fomento Cinematográfico, FOCINE, dentro del mes siguiente a la percepción del gravamen, deberá cancelar a los beneficiarios los porcentajes a que se refiere el artículo 3º siempre y cuando se haya cumplido con los requisitos establecidos en los artículos 17, 18 y 19 del presente Decreto.
