º Las salas de exhibición cinematográfica deberán trasladar a la Compañía de Fomento Cinematográfico, FOCINE, dentro del mes siguiente a su recaudo, la totalidad del gravamen establecido en el artículo 15 de la Ley 55 de 1985. Para tal efecto, deberán acompañar al comprobante de pago las planillas a que se refiere el artículo 24 del presente Decreto. CAPITULO II. DEL FONDO DE FOMENTO CINEMATOGRAFICO.
