Articulo 45. Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias y, en especial, los artículos 193 del Decreto-ley 1211 de 1990, 167 del Decreto-ley 1212 de 1990, 125 del Decreto 1213 de 1990, Ley 103 de 1912, y los artículos 39 y 40 del Decreto-ley 1793 de 2000.
