Los ordenadores del gasto a que se refiere este decreto solicitarán, previamente a las Oficinas de Presupuesto de cada Corporación, los informes y datos necesarios que permitan establecer que existe disponibilidad presupuestal, para que se pueda asumir el compromiso e igualmente que la erogación a ordenar se ajusta a las disposiciones constitucionales y legales sobre la materia.
