La ordenación del gasto prevista en el presente decreto, deberá sujetarse a las disposiciones consagradas en la Ley Normativa del Presupuesto General de la Nación y las demás normas reglamentarias, régimen de apropiaciones, acuerdos de gastos, programa anual de caja, constitución y pago de reservas.
