º La expedición de pasajes aéreos para empleados del honorable Senado de la República y de la honorable Cámara de Representantes, cuando en cumplimiento de sus funciones deban trasladarse fuera de Bogotá, requiere solicitud justificada del inmediato superior y resolución de la Mesa Directiva. En la misma forma se procederá respecto de los contratistas, cuya prestación de servicio lo amerite y así se haya estipulado expresamente en el respectivo contrato.
