° Para beneficio del consumidor según lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior el Banco de la República tomará las medidas aconsejables para regularizar el mercado al por menor y, al efecto, en las ventas de sal que se hagan por los agentes o vendedores del Banco el precio de la libra de quinientos (500) gramos no podrá exceder de siete centavos ($ 0.07).
