º. El Soldado o Grumete que sea desacuartelado con derecho a pensión o indemnización continuará dado de alta en la respectiva Contraloría por tres meses (3) a partir de la fecha en que se cause la novedad para la información del expediente de prestaciones durante los cuales devengará el sueldo básico correspondiente a un Cabo Segundo o Marinero.
