º. En caso de fallecimiento de un Soldado o Grumete en goce de pensión, los beneficiarios en el orden establecido en este Decreto, tendrán derecho a que por el Tesoro Público se les pague por una sola vez, una cantidad igual a multiplicar el valor de dicha pensión por veinticuatro (24).
