º. El personal de Soldados o Grumetes en goce de pensión, contribuirá con el cinco (5%) del monto de su pensión mensual con destino al Fondo "Fondo Asistencial de Pensionados", para obtener los servicios asistenciales de que trata la Ley 171 del 1961.
