º. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, el Soldado o Grumete de las Fuerzas Militares que sean desacuartelado por incapacidad absoluta y permanente para toda clase de actividades tendrá derecho a que por el tesoro público se le pague una pensión mensual equivalente al sueldo básico que corresponda en todo tiempo a todo cabo Segundo o Marinero y a las prestaciones unitarias a que se refiere al artículo anterior.
