Vigencia y derogaciones. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga los artículos 53, 90-1, 115; el inciso final del artículo 795-1; inciso 2 del artículo 851; inciso 5 del artículo 863 del Estatuto Tributario, y artículo 104 inciso 2 de la Ley 223 de 1995, y modifica transitoriamente el artículo 366-1 del Estatuto Tributario.
