Adiciónase el artículo 631 del estatuto Tributario con el siguiente literal: I) Apellidos y nombre o razón social y NIT de cada una de las personas o entidades que durante el respectivo año hayan realizado apertura de cuentas corrientes, de ahorro o en fondos comunes, con la indicación del número de las cuentas y los apellidos y nombres o razón social y NIT de las personas autorizadas a girar contra las mismas.
