Adiciónase el artículo 126-1 del Estatuto Tributario con el siguiente

Teniendo en cuenta que el monto de los aportes voluntarios del empleador constituye un ingreso gravable para el trabajador, dicho monto es deducible en la determinación del impuesto de renta del empleador, a condición de que se cumplan los requisitos exigidos en las normas para este tipo de deducciones.
