º El Intendente Nacional de Putumayo designará los respectivos Alcaldes en calidad de encargados, mientras se realiza la elección correspondiente y adoptará previa consulta con el Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías, las medidas encaminadas a facilitar la organización y funcionamiento de los municipios que por este Decreto se crean.
