ARTICULO 7o. El
del artículo 1º del Decreto 115 de 1991, quedará así:
Los gastos de representación que se asignen a los jefes de las Misiones Diplomáticas de Colombia en el exterior, no tendrán para ningún efecto legal el carácter de factor salarial.
