ARTICULO 8 ° . Los ingresos originados en las contribuciones creadas en el presente Decreto, sólo podrán destinarse a los fines de que tratan los artículos 6. y 7. Por consiguiente, el cambio de destinación de tales ingresos hará incurrir al funcionario responsable en las sanciones penales y disciplinarias consagradas en las normas vigentes.
