ARTICULO 7° . Dando prioridad a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, también podrán destinarse recursos para los gastos que el Gobierno Nacional considere conveniente cubrir con el exclusivo fin de restablecer y mantener la prestación del servicio público de transporte por parte de los particulares.
