ARTICULO 5° . Al incumplimiento de las obligaciones de que tratan los artículos anteriores, se le aplicará el régimen sancionatorio establecido en el Estatuto Tributario y con sujeción al procedimiento allí consagrado, para lo cual la Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales ejercerá el correspondiente control.
