El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición, suspende las disposiciones que le sean contrarias y regirá por el tiempo que dure la Conmoción lnterior, sin perjuicio de que el Gobierno Nacional prorrogue su vigencia en virtud de lo dispuesto por el inciso tercero del artículo 213 de la Constitución Política.
