º. Las infracciones a las medidas que se adoptan en el presente Decreto serán sancionadas por los Gobernadores respectivos con multas de hasta cien (100) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes cuando se trate de personas jurídicas y con multa de hasta cincuenta (50) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes, conmutables a razón de un (1) día de arresto por cada salario, cuando se trate de personas naturales.
