º. Una vez formado el censo de que trata el artículo 3º, la Junta, previo estudio de las documentaciones que le hayan presentado y de los datos, informaciones y comprobantes que con respecto a ellas haya allegado, procederá a determinar si los reclamantes tienen derecho al auxilio, y, en caso afirmativo, fijará proporcionalmente su cuantía, mediante resolución motivada.
