Las personas damnificadas por la pérdida o avería de bienes inmuebles, acompañarán a su solicitud de auxilio los títulos que demuestren la propiedad de las edificaciones destruidas o averiadas, el avalúo catastral que tuvieran en las fechas de los incendios, las declaraciones juradas de dos personas hábiles, que acrediten el valor de los daños causados por el mismo motivo, y que no estaban amparadas por seguros.
