° Cuando se solicite la aplicación del artículo 37 del Código de Procedimiento Penal, los términos previstos en el presente Decreto para calificar la instrucción se suspenderán hasta cuando por decisión judicial se apruebe o impruebe el acuerdo, o este último no se produjere.
