Articulo 102 . La liquidación se efectuara quince (15) días después de la última publicación, en la siguiente forma: se pagaran las obligaciones contraídas con terceros, observan do las disposiciones legales sobre prelación de créditos; cumplido lo anterior, si -queda un remanente activo patrimonial, se distribuirá entre los asociados de acuerdo con sus derechos o en la forma que establezcan los estatutos.
