Articulo 99 . La Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor podrá, designar a un funcionario de su dependencia coma liquidador y/o depositario de los bienes de la asociación, quien no tendrá derecho a remuneración alguna. Cuando no fuere posible, esta nombrara a un particular, el cual, tendrá derecho a la asignación que se determine en la resolución de nombramiento y con cargo al presupuesto de la asociación.
