Articulo 97 . La asociación se disolverá por decisión de la asamblea general, conforme a los reglamentos y estatutos; por disminución del numero de asociados exigido por la ley y en el evento de cancelación de la personería jurídica una vez en firme la providencia que decrete la medida.
