Las asociaciones reconocidas por la Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor deben llevar por lo memos los siguientes libros: de inventarios y balances, de asociados, de actas de la asamblea general, de presupuesto y contabilidad; y de actas del consejo directivo: Estos libros deben ser rubricados y sellados por la Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor, la cual, sentara un acta en la que conste el número de hojas y fecha de apertura; en ellos no se podrá arrancar, sustituir o adicionar hojas, hacer enmendaduras entrerrenglonaduras, tachaduras o raspaduras, en consecuencia, cualquier error u omisión debe enmendarse mediante anotación posterior.
