Para que los derechos o percepciones a que se refiere el literal d) del articulo precedente, puedan ingresar al patrimonio de la asociación, se requiere que previamente el Secretario de la misma, haya informado y notificado al titular, que dicha suma fue percibida par la asociación y se encuentra disponible para ser cobrada por el beneficiario. Esta notificación se hará personalmente en los términos consagrados en el Código de Procedimiento Civil. Si no se pudiere hacer personalmente, dentro de los 5 díassiguientes, se procederá conforme a los términos señalados en el artículo 318 del Código citado.
