Las fijaciones de las obras cinematográficas realizadas en cinta de video o videograma, elaboradas y utilizadas legalmente con anterioridad a este Decreto, cumplirán dentro de un plazo de tres (3) meses contados a partir de la vigencia del mismo, los requisitos establecidos en este titulo.
