La Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor registrará el documento de autorización de que tratan los artículos anteriores; para tal efecto los interesados en este registro presentaran copia autenticada del respectivo instrumento o titulo. Practicada esta diligencia los documentos tendrán validez ante terceros.
