Se podrá ceder la reserva de un nombre que se este utilizando para lo cual, deberá informarse por escrito a la Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor, adjuntando copia del documento de cesión con las firmas debidamente autenticadas. El cesionario deberá presentar la solicitud de reserva de acuerdo con lo estipulado en los artículos 4° y 5° del presente Decreto.
