Todo cambio de las condiciones enunciadas en la solicitud de reserva, deberá comunicarse a la Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor; así mismo, a las solicitudes dirigidas a esta dependencia, sobre cambio de nombre de emisora, por otro, deberá, anexarse la petición correspondiente presentada al Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
