A la solicitud de que trata el artículo anterior, deberá anexarse

Certificación de existencia. y representación legal, cuando la reserva se solicita a favor de una persona jurídica

Certificación del Ministerio de Comunicaciones o delInstituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión, (Inravisión) en donde conste que los programas de radio y televisión han sido autorizados o adjudicados según fuere el caso, y

Un ejemplar de la publicación cuando esta estuviere en circulación.
