Articulo 105 . La Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor, en relación con las asociaciones, tendrá entre otras, las -siguientes atribuciones

a)

Adelantar investigaciones en virtud de las cuales podrá realizar inspección a sus libros, documentos y solicitar los informes que estime pertinentes;

b)

Asistir cuando lo considere necesario a las asambleas para lo cual, estas deberán dar cumplimiento al

Parágrafo

del artículo 65 de este Decreto; c) Convocar a asamblea extraordinaria en los casos previstos, en el artículo 63 de este Decreto; d) Imponer las sanciones cuando se incurra en violaciones legales, estatutarias o se incumplan las normas contenidas en el presente Decreto, y e) Practicar visitas a las asociaciones sometidas a su inspección y vigilancia, examinar sus libros y pedir las informaciones que considere convenientes.
