Articulo 100 . cuando se decrete la disolución por la asamblea, en ese mismo acto se indicará el término para la liquidación, se nombrara un liquidador y/o depositario de los bienes que deberá presentar un informe del desarrollo de su gestión, tanto a la asamblea como a la Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor, con la periodicidad que estas determinen. El liquidador tendrá derecho a la asignación que la asamblea le fija con cargo al presupuesto de la asociación
