Articulo 98 . La Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor, mediante resolución motivada, cuando fuere el caso, determinara el término para la liquidación y notificara personalmente a su representante legal, indicando que proceden les recursos de reposición y apelación. En la misma providencia se designara, liquidador y/o depositario de los bienes y se fijara la caución de administración y manejo, quedando obligado a presentar los informes que solicite la citada dependencia.
