Articulo 88 . Vencido el termino establecido en el articulo anterior, la asamblea ordenara al Comité de Vigilancia la investigación correspondiente, el cual formularan los cargos si fuere del caso y establecerá el término para la presentación de los descargos, rindiendo informe en el termi no fijado por la asamblea.
